In this post, I will be showing you how to make a tasty and healthy fruit smoothie! It takes about 10 minutes. Lets start off by listing the ingredients:
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
1/3 cup fresh raspberries
4 large fresh strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup mango juice
2/3 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
If you want your smoothie cold, add a few ice cubes to the ingredient list.
Not sure on metric conversions, sorry rest of the world besides America.
Next, Im going to tell you what to do with the ingredients:
Place the blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, pomegranate and mango juices, milk, and honey into a blender. Cover, and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses to serve.
Very, very simple recipe and quick too! This makes 2 servings and is great if you want a quick bite to eat!
