Starting this summer, i am starting to learn to cook. I would like to start with something fairly easy, but im up for something harder. I love to make smoothies, meat recepies, asian food, and organic food. Anybody got any ideas?

I have family that work as pro-chefs in toronto, they say one of the first things that chefs are graded on are the number of way they can almost perfectly cook eggs. Try it. There are more ways than you think. Poached eggs are one of my favorite.
