The Village of Minsterly

Post by Qedhup » February 26th, 2012, 4:49 pm

Ok, so I am off and on busy lately. Dont' have time to devout to a super-mega-build like I wanted. However I do have time to tinker now and again. So I suggest for now (putting the mega-build on hold) to do an Open-Build.

Behold the town of Minsterly: LINKY LINKY

it can be found at the warp qedhupvillage

It's open for anyone to build in it, pretty-up the buildings, etc.. It'd be nice if everyone tries and sticks to the theme of Medieval town for it though. That's my only request. other than that. Lets just expanding this. I'm hoping soon we can change the name from the Village of Minsterly to the City of Minsterly! Lets just keep adding too it and watch it grow.

I honestly don't care what becomes of the place, just seemed like a neat idea. So everyone have fun and lets do an impromptu group build! I'll look forward to logging in and seeing what surprises awaits Minsterly.

I think the houses are epic, but it needs work. I'm adding a few tidbits here and there, but what were you going to do with that building you were starting on the hill with the path leading up to it? Was it going to be another house? The mayor's house? A lookout tower? I want to know before I start building onto it. ;)

Was going to be the wood-cutter actually. There was going to be the large sawmill, his little shack attached to it and some felled tree's in the yard.

The Village seems to be coming along quite well. Once again, anyone who wants to jump in and build would be awesome! Lets make this village a city!

Hmmmm Those houses look like from the late 1800's... I Like how you put wool/iron on the front to give it a white paint look. I LIKE EM!
