Server internet connectivity issue

One day after writing the "the server is now stable!" post I've got to come on here and tell you it's not available.

Here's the thing: the server is still running great! The problem is with my provider: the server is not connected to the network. So until they plug that network cable back in...

I've submitted a ticket.

I'm making a backup of the files just in case this happens again and I need to make a switch of hosts in a hurry.
