Picking Up Mob Spawners

Okay this plugin allows you to pick up spawners, place them, change what they spawn and even allows you to craft them.

I think it looks awesome and would be handy to have but if we do get it we might want to make it a sort of mod plus of admin only thing due to it could cause lag if we have too many
