Whoever owned that faction did this ive seen it before, hacked clients have feature where it spams create and the delete a faction so it spams the chat, please ban whoevers faction that was.

Yes I ip banned him and I asked Kyle to check the exeption list because i don't have access to it so I'm assuming if he was on there he isn't anymore.
